17th Annual Redlands Konica Minolta Art Prize
Leah has been nominated for the Redlands Art Prize. The curator of the prize selects established artists who in turn nominate an emerging artist to participate alongside them in the exhibition. Leah has been nominated by artist Raquel Ormella. This year’s curator is Julie Rrap and the judges are respected curator and former Director of the Art Gallery of NSW Edmund Capon, National Art School Curator Katie Dyer and Redlands Visual Arts teachers. The established artist category carries a $25,000 prize and the emerging category carries a $10,000 prize with works acquired by Redlands.
The exhibition opens on the Thursday 2 May at 6pm at National Art School Gallery, Darlinghurst, Sydney. The exhibition continues until 1 June.
